We are thrilled to have you here! My name is Addie Krug, and I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Growing up here meant unforgettable childhood memories, such as weekends happily spent at Discovery Place, Great Wolf Lodge, and more. The same childlike awe of this state has followed me through young adulthood, and I now find tremendous joy in exploring the state's best restaurants, hidden gems, hikes, events, and deals. Custom Carolina is a vessel of the North Carolina love that has grown up with me. Custom Carolina was created to bring you all down the same path.

I was born into a passionate Tar Heel family, with my parent's story starting in Chapel Hill. With family in Raleigh, Asheville, and Wilmington, plus a year of living in Boone, I have dove deep into the best of each unique slice of North Carolina. I have found that there truly is something for everyone here. From the mountains to the cities to the sea, North Carolina has endless possibilities for fulfilling travel experiences.
